Terms:

  1. We are old-fashioned. From the beginning, Company policy has been orders must be pre-paid or fully paid for prior to shipment. That policy applies to Distributors as well.
  2. We will accept cash, check (must clear before shipment), or credit cards (again, credit to our account must occur before shipment) .
  3. That’s our policy. Please don’t ask for credit, as you will be disappointed and feel bad.
  4. See, we told you we were old-fashioned, but “no ticky – no washy” has allowed us to grow consistently and profitably.

Freight:

Products are shipped: FOB, Phoenix, Arizona (or one of our distributor locations) – Freight Pre-Paid by Customer. The Customer can arrange transportation with their own carrier, with whom they have an account. No freight charges are paid by Foam Lite Concrete.

Five Sack samples are shipped on a pallet by common carrier. We willingly provide you with the Total Cost including Freight before shipping.
